Route: Delhi - Agra - Jaipur - Udaipur - Delhi

Journey description:

Day 01 - 7th December 2019 (Saturday):

Arrive Delhi

Arrive at the national capital of India, Delhi. Enjoy the welcome dinner while being briefed about the tour by Pankaj Sharma.

Day 02 - 8th December 2019 (Sunday):

Delhi

Spend your day taking a rickshaw ride through the lanes of Old Delhi. Drive past the opulent Red Fort and catch a glimpse of the fames Jama Masjid. Later, explore New Delhi and visit Humayun's Tomb.

Day 03 - 9th December 2019 (Monday):

Delhi / Agra

Drive to Agra, an approximately 4.5-hour drive. In the afternoon, visit the Agra Fort, where you are taken through the chambers of this royal residence. This is one of the finest forts built by the Mughals in India.

Day 04 - 10th December 2019 (Tuesday):

Agra / Jaipur

Start your day by visiting the monument of love, Taj Mahal, the mausolem of love, Taj Mahal, the mausoleum built by emperor Shah Jahan for his favourite wife, Mumtaz. Later, drive to Jaipur, an approximately 6-hour drive.

Day 05 - 11th December 2019 (Wednesday):

Jaipur

Attend the pre-wedding ceremonies that start with "Mehenedi" - where the bride and women get traditional body art painted on their hands and feet; followed by "Sangeet", where the entire wedding party comes together to dance, often in pre-choreographed numbers, usually followed by a night of thumping Bollywood numbers.

Day 06 - 12th December 2019 (Thursday):

Jaipur

After breakfast, proceed for half-day excursion of the inspiring Amer Fort. In the evening, wear traditional Indian attire and attend the grand Indian wedding, which comprises of several fascinating rituals. 

Day 07 -  13th December 2019 (Friday):

Jaipur / Udaipur

Start your day with a tour of the city. Later, fly to Udaipur and spend your evening at leisure.

Day 08 - 14th December 2019 (Saturday):

Udaipur

Spend the day on a tour of the city. In the evening, learn the art of cooking Rajasthani cuisine and enjoy dinner with a noble family.

Day 09 - 15th December 2019 (Sunday):

Udaipur / Delhi

Enjoy your morning at leisure and fly to Delhi in the afternoon.

Day 10 - 16th December 2019 (Monday):

Leave Delhi

After breakfast at the hotel, transfer to airport to leave India.

What's Included:

What's not included:

- flight ticket;

- all personal expenses such as beverages, laundry, telephone calls, shopping etc.;

- meals not included and mentioned in the program;

- personal fees for cameras at the places of visit, depends on size of camera and equipment;

- any international airfare or domestic airfare (which is quoted separately);

- all flight schedules and airfare are subject to change till the time of final booking;

- any Visa fee (all nationalities require an entry visa prior to arrival in India).

Booking, Cancellation and Amendment fee:

Booking:

1. 25% of Journey cost to be paid at the time of booking;

2. Remaining payment to be paid 70 days prior to Journey;

3. If booking is made within 70 days of the journey, full payment is required to confirm the Journey;

4. Payment can be made by bank transfer;

Cancellation:

1. Up to 70 days prior to Journey - 10% cancellation fee shall be applicable;

2. Between 69 - 50 days prior to Journey - 25% cancellation fee shall be applicable;

3. Between 49 - 31 days prior to Journey - 50% cancellation fee shall be applicable;

4. Less than 30 days prior to Journey - 100% cancellation fee shall be applicable;

Name Change:

1. Accommodation: Free of cost up to 72 hours before arrival;

2. Flights: A fee of 55 euro per person, per sector shall be applicable along with any change in the ticket fare;

3. Trains: A fee of 5 euro per person, per sector shall be applicable.
